Who should register? Teachers
Does the site require an email address to create an account? Yes, you must have an e-mail to set up a Google Account. When you have created a Google Account you can then set-up your feed reader.
Are there privacy settings available? Yes. What you subscribe to is private unless you want to share the feed with others by e-mailing it, posting it on your public page, or sharing a clip of your latest headlines by embedding the "clip" on your webpage.

Grazr: Merge and filter feeds into one stream. Teachers may want to pick a few helpful news sites, blogs, etc for students that related to the curriculum and embed this stream of RSS feeds onto their blog, website, or wiki. You can create a stream with up to 50 feeds for free. You can search by URL, feed, or category.

Are there privacy settings available? No. The free account does not have privacy protected widgets and streams.
